Congratulations on being selected to show your work at 1650 Gallery!
Please fill out the Exhibitor Information form, and ship your print or order a print ASAP.
To guarantee your place in the show your work for the

MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN
THURSDAY, SEP 11th.

EXHIBITION PRINTS:
1650 Gallery will mat and frame all work for the duration of the exhibition. All photos should be printed at 4.75" x 4.75", or one of the pre-set dimensions,
to fit the pre-cut mats. Artists may print and frame their own work. Preframed work can be any size.
Please fill out the Exhibitor Information Form and ship your prints asap. Please pack your photos securely with reusable packaging, as we will be returning your prints to you in the same packaging. Also, please include a pre-paid return shipping label with your artwork if you wish us to return it.
You also can use 1650 Gallery print services to print your work.
Instagram photos are generally printed at the size 4.75" x 4.75" to fit the pre-cut mats and frames for the exhibition.
If the resolution or style of image allows your image to be printed larger than the standard size your print can be any of the following dimensions:

12"x12"
13"x13"
16"x16"
18"x18"
1650 Gallery will mat and frame all photos for the duration of the exhibition.
If you print your work through 1650 Gallery you can pay for shipping to have your photo mailed to you after the show.
No bordeless prints, please.

SALES INFORMATION:
All instagram exhibition photos are priced by the artist and and the gallery retains 50% commission. Artwork is supplied by the artist. Framing and matting will be provided by 1650 Gallery, and work will be unframed after the show closes if the work does not sell. Artists may choose to frame and mat their own work. Please indicate the sales price on the Exhibitor Information Form.
1650 GALLERY EXHIBITION CATALOG:
Accepted artists should submit a high res jpeg
for inclusion in the printed show catalog.
Catalog JPEGs should be uploaded via the Exhibitor Information form. Files can also be sent via email to 1650gallery@gmail.com or via FTP.
Please remember to include your name and the title of your work with the file.
All artists will have an opportunity to purchase a copy of the catalog when it is available.

SHIPPING YOUR WORK:
Please pack your photographs very carefully for shipping. We will use the same packing materials to return your prints to you, so please make sure they are sturdy. Ship your photo FLAT, using several layers of foamcore or cardboard at least. A padded envelope or a cardboard mailer is not enough to prevent your photograph from getting banged up. 1650 Gallery is not responsible for photographs that are damaged in shipping. PLEASE DO NOT USE PACKING PEANUTS, they make us crazy.
PLEASE INCLUDE RETURN SHIPPING IF YOU WANT YOUR WORK RETURNED.
Return postage and a mailing label should be included with your work if you send it to us. UPS and FedEx return labels must have pre-paid bar codes or account numbers. Work without return shipping will not be returned. If you do not wish to pay for return shipping, you may keep your photo on file at the gallery.
Please note: If you do not include a return label with your work and then ask to have it shipped back there will be a $35 special handling fee added.
