I'LL BE YOUR MIRROR 2013

Great portraitists such as Irving Penn, Richard Avedon, Matthew Brady and Diane Arbus comprise one of the main pillars of the photographic arts. Capturing personality behind the persona in a portrait is both a challenge and an art, using technique, intuition and empathy. This month 1650 Gallery has put together a collection of portraits by contemporary photographers from around the globe.
