To guarantee your place in the show your work for the

FRIDAY, MAY 11, 2012.

EXHIBITION PRINTS:
In order to insure there is ample time to hang your work, we ask you to please fill out the Exhibitor Information Form and deliver your framed prints asap.
You can deliver any sized photograph if it is already framed. Or you can use 1650 Gallery print services to print your work. If you print your work through 1650 Gallery we will mat and frame your photograph, and you can pick up, or have your photo mailed to you, after the show. 1650 GALLERY EXHIBITION CATALOG:
Accepted artists should submit a high res jpeg (around 6"x8" in size @ 300dpi)
for inclusion in the printed show catalog.
Catalog JPEGs should be uploaded via the Exhibitor Information form. Files can also be sent via email to 1650gallery@gmail.com or via FTP.
Please remember to include your name and the title of your work with the file.
All artists will have an opportunity to purchase a copy of the catalog.

IF YOU ARE SHIPPING YOUR PHOTOGRAPH
Please pack your photographs very carefully for shipping. We will use the same packing materials to return your prints to you, so please make sure they are sturdy. Ship your photo FLAT, using several layers of foamcore or cardboard at least. A padded envelope or a cardboard mailer is not enough to prevent your photograph from getting bent. 1650 Gallery is not responsible for photographs that are damaged in shipping. PLEASE DO NOT USE PACKING PEANUTS, they make us crazy.
PLEASE INCLUDE RETURN SHIPPING IF YOU WANT YOUR WORK RETURNED.
Return postage and a mailing label should be included with your work if you send it to us. UPS and FedEx return labels must have pre-paid bar codes or account numbers. Work without return shipping will not be returned. If you do not wish to pay for return shipping, you may keep your photo on file at the gallery.
